Hi, I’m Autriya! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and am completing my Master of Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low mood, ADHD management, and life transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT/EFT-Y), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
Seeking support takes courage, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. I bring an empathetic, open-minded, and grounded approach to my work. I have over three years of experience administering psychological assessments and supporting clients throughout the assessment process and broader healing journey. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with ADHD, autism, PTSD, anxiety, depression, as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a registered yoga teacher with a strong interest in sound healing, meditation, and holistic approaches to mental health. If you’re interested in working together and ready to take the next step, please reach out to schedule an appointment or a free 15-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
