Elizabeth Pierce
Executive Director at Catholic Family Services

Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I’m a wife and mother of two, and I began my career as a therapist in 1996 after earning my Bachelor of Social Work from Western University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. In 2010, I moved into a leadership role, and since then, I’ve been passionate about guiding teams toward excellence and strength.

Over the years, I’ve led staff teams through professional development, strategic planning, and both small and large-scale changes, always with a focus on growth and impact. I’ve also had the privilege of working under the leadership of a Board of Directors, gaining valuable experience in governance and collaboration.

I’ve worked extensively with community collaborative tables, bringing together leaders from different sectors to find common ground and create meaningful change for specific populations.

In addition to my organizational work, I offer formal and informal one-on-one leadership coaching to other community leaders, along with large group leadership training.

As a volunteer, I’ve served as Board Chair for a national not-for-profit organization and have provided ad hoc leadership to various community initiatives. Supporting others in leadership and helping to drive positive change is something I find deeply rewarding.
