Hey there! I’m Bec and I’m the Director of Operations here at Dr. Lin & Associates. My role is all about making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so that every team member and client can connect and receive the best possible care from the first point of contact!

Whether it’s streamlining systems, refining processes, shaping our marketing, or finding new ways to enhance the client experience, I’m deeply invested in creating an environment that’s efficient, welcoming, and grounded in compassion. I believe that thoughtful operations are the foundation of truly impactful care, and I love bringing that vision to life alongside our amazing team.

In addition to my work at DLA, I also run Bec & Co. Assists, where I support other health and wellness professionals in bringing clarity, vision and flow to their businesses.

It’s a privilege to be part of a practice so committed to meaningful, inclusive care—and I’m honoured to help make that happen every day.

Outside of work you can find me chasing around my toddler, catching up on my favourite shows, locked into a puzzle or enjoying the outdoors….preferably in the summer! :)
